We started the year flying to monterrey january 1st. Mostly to see my grandmother Bela. Lex has been talking more than ever. Nina repeats everything we say. 

They love to play together.

Ill just keep trying to maintain this blog thing going. Mostly because when I look back I love to see the pictures of the past.

This week we started off the year with lex almost potty trained! We worked really hard during the winter break (naked lex all day long) and I think it did the trick. Definetly better method than asking him every 30 minutes if he wanted to go.

Nina is almost six months, she doesn't love tummy time but she can sit pretty in the bumbo or stand playing  in the exersaucer for a long time.

hello 2015.


2014 has come and gone and i didn't post anything about it. Hopefully ill post a recap of pictures because they were so many good ones. My pregnancy, lex growing up, projects, crafts, recipes, art shows, trips and so many things i want to have in here to look back...

One reason I want to post more this year is that i got super inspired from other bloggers to do the 52 project. Its a portrait of my kids once a week, every week of 2015.
I knew i wanted to start this project so even though this post is late.. i took the pictures the first week.
Ill probably post every friday nights, since its when i just get a night completely off for myself.

Cant wait to see Lex and Nina grow up and find their own little personalities.

muse, ill camp out for you

3.12.13 was a date ive been waiting for months! muse came to houston to promote the 2nd law album and just like 3 years ago... i waited outside the toyota center since 9am to get a spot on the barrier. and just like 3 years ago, i got it.

 i dont think i could do this for any other band, but there is no way im going to a muse concert if i wont be in the front row. so there it is i admit that even though i just turned 28.. i am a total teenage fan girl when it comes to muse. ( i have to thank my sister in law sofia for supporting my crazyness -considering that she just knows a couple of their songs- // and to my mother in law for taking care of alexander all day! literally 8 to 11. yikes)
